Our philosophy emphasizes child-centered, play-centered learning, where children have the freedom to express themselves in a safe, nurturing atmosphere. We believe in incorporating diverse, age-appropriate experiences that promote holistic growth. We will follow a pre-determined schedule with various activities to be completed. Disney Daycare will follow the FLIGHT framework and focus on dispositions.

The philosophy of our daycare is to focus on children's development through their interest, learning through play and holistic play based, while fostering their interest, creativity, and imagination. This experience will be built through daily interactions, routine, and involving families in the program. We believe in preparing daily activities after observing children's interest. We believe that it is important to get involved with the play of the children by participating in their activities, asking questions and suggestions, providing resources and information, and stepping in when needed.
